Nasi sosis labuh siam
Bahan:
2 buah sosis
2 buah labuh siam rebus
secukupnya Nasi
secukupnya Saos sambal
secukupnya Saos tomat
Garam.
Cara buat:
1: Potong sosis menjadi kecil dan berbentuk dadu. Lalu goreng dalam minyak panas.
2: Sebentar saja, lalu masukan saos tomat dan saos sambal. Aduk aduk lalu masukan garam. Angkat
3: Potong rebusan labuh siam menjadi kecil dan berbentuk dadu juga.
4: Susun dalam mangkok kecil.
5: Urutannya, sosis lalu labuh siam lalu nasi.
Sajikan selagi hangat.
