After the arrest of the 'gunfight', 15 accused in the case were killed

After the arrest of Satkhira, one of the 15 accused in the gunfight with police, Nawab Ali, was killed. This incident happened on Sunday (April 29th) in Satkhira Sadar upazila in Abarhat area.
Nawab Ali, a resident of Bakkara village under Sadar upazila, was killed.
Satkhira Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge Maruf Ahmed said Nawab Ali was arrested from Patkelghata Police Station Mithabari village on Saturday. According to the information given by him at night, when police raided the area in Abarhat area, police found the presence of the police fired. The miscreants escaped by firing counter at that time. Later, Nawab Ali's bullet-hit body was recovered from the spot. Police have claimed that a foreign pistol, a round bullet, four Ramda and a dagger were recovered.

Police claimed that Sub-Inspector of Sadar Police Station Ibrahim Khalil, Constable Ashik and constable Tuhin were injured in the gunfight. They are at rest after the initial treatment.
OC Maruf Ahmed said Nawab Ali was accused in 15 cases including murder, robbery, robbery, extortion, theft and gold smuggling.
