Enjoying our Semestral Break

Hello everyone! Since this week is our semestral break and we have a one week vacation, we decided with my classmates to have some stress-free time. Since last week also we had taken all our subject's midterm exams, it is a great time and a nice time to enjoy our trip in a quite and a peaceful place.

Yesterday, my classmates and I went to a peak to rest and enjoy our vacation together. We had been planning this trip last week. Finally, yesterday we left at 6 a.m., we bought some food and beverages for the trip and arrived around 10 a.m.. As soon as we arrived to the peak, my classmates started to climb the coconut tree.

Do you know what? Coconut trees are very useful because it has various parts with various purposes. In fact, coconut tree is called to be a“tree of life because there are many products which can be utilizes using this tree. Coconut tree usually found in tropical areas or countries. And one of countries around the world which has lot of coconuts is the Philippines. One of the important part of the Coconut Tree is its fruit which is considered as a functional food. Its meat is a good source of protein and an effective natural laxative. It is as well a source of some products such as flour, desiccated coconut, coconut milk, coconut chips, candies, dried coconuts for snacks and even animal feeds. In addition, it is considered as one of the main ingredient for salad and other sweet delicacies. And its water are use mostly for re-hydration and a cleansing for kidney. It is just a short information and facts of the coconut tree.

Back to our trip. A few hours later, after getting some Coconut fruits we opened it and drunk its water, it was very refreshing. While eating its meat and drinking its water. We told stories about our lives and shared some points of view about the future. We decided to stay there the rest of the day and enjoy the breathtaking views of the peak. This trip was a fun experienced, though it is an exhausting trip but it is one of my unforgettable trip.
