History of ancient India - Some questions
When reading history in school, there was a fever. Name ... memorizing the date ... oder father
After that, gradually began to study the history of the world with its interest, almost unknowingly. Get a lot of new information. Some of the schools also remember the history of reading. I remember the Indus civilization - I remember the Aryans coming to India.
But after that the scandal takes place.
Well, the Aryans were spreading horses from Central Asia or Eastern Europe in the whole world. Their language is the source of all Indo-European languages. Then why are they found only in the history of India? I have searched many world history books. But without mentioning the ancient history of India, there was no mention of them.
This increased my curiosity. I began to read the Indus Civilization. Trying to know where the ideology of the Aryans coming to India came from. Did we find out from archeology that in the last fifty years. I tried to understand what is the basis of the "Aryans' Theory of Arrival to India?" Did we learn from genetic research?
As I read, the cracks grew but more. Everything does not match exactly. There are many questions in mind.
These questions are being presented to you. But before that "Aryans come to India, the theory of thory" is better if it is a little wrecked.
History of Aryans
In 1786, Sir William Jones said in a speech at the Asiatic Society that Sanskrit is better than Greek and Latin and advocated science. He also said that there are some similarities between these three languages which are only possible if their origin is from the same native language.
This is the source of "The Aryans Arrival Thiori" in India. After this, for more than 150 years, linguists have done a lot of research on the theory that theoriorata has four key points;
- In this theorem, a primitive language has been conceived from which all Indo-European languages have originated. The linguist says this language - 'Adi-Indo-European language'.
- People of this language were living in Central Asia or Eastern Europe.
- According to this theory, the birth of this language in 4500 BC and not before the 1800's before, the Aryans did not enter the Indian subcontinent.
- Aryans came with horses, brought them culture. And the Sanskrit language that was written, the language written in the Rigveda All Indian languages except South Indian languages originate from Sanskrit.
There is still no doubt about the search for Aryans' original habit. For some time, linguists started thinking that India was the homeland, but it was later dismissed and thought out.
After that, in 1923, the discovery of Har Harper and Mahinjadar.
The discovery of Indus Civilization
It was known that this civilization was a contemporary of Egypt and Mesopotamia
- that is, the Aryans came to India long ago. It was also known that this civilization was very advanced and it was very advanced. The language of what was still not understood.
But the question arises that it is the language? Their language disappeared?
The linguists said - yes so. Sanskrit language comes to India with Aryans. There is no impact on any language in India. Indus civilization was destroyed during or before the arrival of the Aryans.
When I was in school, it seemed as if I could. Two are just cities - Harappa and Mohenjodaro. How many big cities will affect or two cities?
The question was not in the mind.
After that, when the Archeology began to move, I saw that we are not talking about two cities!
Archaeological discoveries of the last fifty years
Mehergarh, Lothal, Kalibangan, Dholavira, Rakhigari, Gunriwala, Banarai,
Chhunudeo ... and how many names do I? A few thousand small settlements were found. India's Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana ... Sindh, Punjab, Baluchistan ... even far-off Afghanistan. This civilization was across the vast area!
So great, the language of such a growing civilization was definitely one! We know whether or not we know that language ... There can be no doubt about the language that was there.
As a result, the question came again - what is that language?
Expedition for the last 3000 years, the attack was not less in India - "Shock, Hoon, Party, Mughal, Pathan," besides Greek, English, Turkish, French, Portuguese - nobody was almost excluded. But in spite of that, the existence of our language has not been abolished. Undoubtedly we took many words from other languages, but no language was completely abolished in that way.
The linguists said - In fact, the Aryans pushed the inhabitants of Indus Civilization to South India.
Just think - how big a war will be to send so many people to send to South India? Such a sign can not be seen! We can see rather peaceful coexistence.
The golden age of Indus Civilization was from 2600 BC to about 1900 BC. But after the golden era, this civilization did not disappear, for at least 600 years it gradually went away. There is no sign of sending these people from North India to South India.
Then, according to the linguists, the Aryans came to India from 1800 to 1500 BC. They come across the Hindu Kush mountain ranges, on the banks of the Indus river Periya Ganges - that is, beyond the vast area of Indus Civilization. Since we can not see any sign of war, we have to admit that the Aryans had peaceful coexistence with the local people.
So how do we accept that the local people suddenly one day forgot their language and started speaking Sanskrit?
It is only possible if the Aryans were much more than the local people. Recent genetic research but it does not say!
Genetic research
There has been a lot of genetic research since 1990, and more research has been done with the huge population of India. Needless to say, experts are still not exactly the same. But an information has been found from all the research - if Aryans are there, their numbers are not very much, and skeptically, it can be said that after 1800, there was no such genetic change in the size of a large scale, that local people could become absolutely minority.
If Aryans have come in large numbers> but the language of the local people where?
The linguists can not answer this question. Not only that, it is also almost certain that the Aryans who came to India are almost all male. The number of women is almost insignificant.
So the local language is not meant to be as mother tongue?
In response to this, the linguists have become very angry and say that 'what will the Arabs (the Swadeshi-motivapadars) believe in, that the Indian culture of their pride is actually imported from abroad? So the opposite is making the argument. '
Well, the question arises in your mind that the importance of 1800 BC is so important? We only have to prove the whereabouts of languages, so we have to prove it. What is the barrier to take over the fact that the Aryans came much earlier?
Here is the main issue of "The Aryans Arrival Theory of India".
150 years of research
The real problem is that in the 150-year study, Theory's arguments have been stemmed that it is not possible to accept the birth of 'Indo-Indo-European language' before 4500 BC. It is also not possible to accept that the Aryans had come to India before 1800 BC.
Once accepted, the whole theory will be broken and broken, like a house of cards. Can 150 years of research be dropped on the street in one word? How many experts have been working behind this research. Can it be canceled by one word?
So the linguists are angry with the archaeologists - 'You are not particularly informed about linguistics, so it is not enough to make your comments in this regard'.
Yes - it was heard that a senior Fellow of the "McDonald Institute of Archaeological Research" and renowned archaeologist Colin Renfrew
Anatolian hypothesis
He boldly once announced that originally the Indo-Indo-European, which was the birthplace of Indo-European languages, originated in the 9,000 years before it was possible, in anatolia and in the progress of agriculture it progressed. The following paragraph of a sample of how criticized him was -
'... archaeological evidence is very interesting! But there is no concept of Renaffraw's comparative and historical linguistics ... He wants to reverse the establishment of an established form that is not entirely acceptable to him, not by a witty, scholarly thought, but entirely his own ideological reasons ...
As a result, many experts do not open their mouths, because they have a fear that if they open their mouth, they will be called 'Orthodox Swadeshi'.
Whatever experts say or think we can, but we can see that the Aryans coming to India have become a little shaky.
