I've been like this for few days now

I've been like this for few days now. It happened first time when I was taking a bath. I suddenly, felt sadness out of nowhere and I couldn't breathe. Until I burst out all my tears. I've been too strong for years. And now, I luck myself in my room. I cry, then stop, then cry again. Randomly, I just want to cry. But now, I feel a little relief. I'm slowly healing.
