Conflict and protests have not stopped people in the Palestinian city of Gaza from celebrating the holy month of Ramadan on Thursday. A Palestinian youth was seen waving fireworks next to a mosque in the city of Gaza on Wednesday night. Ramadan, the holiest month in the Islamic calendar, is celebrated by Muslims around the world, who during the festival refrain from eating, drinking, smoking and immoral from sunrise to sunset.
