Kolak Duren
Selamat sore Steemians dimanapun kalian berada. Saya berharap semoga kita semua selalu dalam keadaan sehat dan bahagia. Bertemu lagi dengan saya @salman.craf. Pada kesempatan kali ini saya mencoba untuk membagikan tentang sebuah kuliner makanan yang sangat nikmat.
Siapa yang tidak mengenali dengan buah Duren. Buah berduri, namun memiliki rasa yang sangat nikmat. Saya salah seorang pecinta buah duren. Terlebih disaat sekarang ini. Buah duren sangat mudah untuk kita temui.
Cara mengolahnya pun beragam. Gambar diatas adalah salah satunya. Duren diolah menjadi Kolak Duren yang disajikan dengan Beras Ketan. Ya.... beras ketannya dikukus terlebih dahulu, kalau tidak tidak bisa dimakan.
