RECIPE
FIRST REQUIREMENTS
GRILLED CHICKEN

FINE MUMBAI:
Onion, peel 10 cloves
Garlic, peeled 8 cloves
Large red chili 14 pieces
Pecan, roasted 8 seeds
Turmeric, clean, peeled 2 cm
Oil 120 ml
FUEL CHINESE:
2 tablespoons finely spiced oil
1/2 cup Santan
Chicken breast, fresh 500 g with skin
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp pepper
ABC 100ml Sweet Ketchup
Orange juice 1 piece
HOW TO MAKE
GRILLED CHICKEN
GROUND SPICES:
Put all ingredients into a blender, including oil, then milled until smooth.
Heat the oil in a pan with medium heat, add the spice mixture and stir-fry until fragrant and cooked.
Turn off the fire and set it aside.
GRILLED CHICKEN:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Take 1 tablespoon of finely spiced, the rest stir-fry with hot oil in a saucepan briefly until fragrant.
Put the coconut milk and stir until blended.
Enter the chicken, stir slowly and cook using a small fire, with the pot closed, until cooked.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Combine sweet ketchup ABC, the remaining seasoning and lime juice in a bowl and stir until blended into spice.
Spread chicken with spice before being burned on a hot grill.
Bake until browned and fragrant.
Lift and serve.
