The fuqaha said that if the saints did not help the underprivileged young people then the mall who paid and married them for marriage as we said was a personal and community need, should not be neglected.
Muslims need to help poor people either by giving or opening jobs for them so they do not live unmarried and it triggers the outbreak of adultery and automatic illness
