Ingredients
300 grams of beef
9 pieces of ice cubes (2x2cm)
30 ml egg whites (about 1 egg)
7 tablespoons tapioca flour (65gram)
1 1/2 tsp fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder (can be replaced 2 cloves garlic d fried first)
2500 ml of water
Bakso Sauce:
2000 ml Water stew meatball
7 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
to taste salt and pepper
1 stalk of finely sliced leek
Complementary:
Sufficient vermicelli (white noodles)
Sufficient boiled sambal (chilli boiled, then in puree)
3 stalks of green mustard, boiled briefly
Suitable chili sauce and sweet soy sauce
Step
Prepare all ingredients. Cut small meat2. Crush the ice cubes in a way at 2 o'clock until smooth.
Enter the meat that has been in small iris into the food processor and then milled until smooth, in between smoothing add ice cubes little by little until finished.
If sudh smooth enter the egg white, process until mixed. Then enter the flour, process until well blended
This texture is similar to pasta
Take the dough with small-form hands (how to shape see the picture yes)
Boil water, reduce the heat of the stove. Then enter the meatballs (about 4 pieces I big shape yes, g all the small pebbles2) .If the meatball has risen to the surface, cook about 8-10 minutes. Turn off the fire. Lift the meatballs
Put it on ice water
Make the gravy: saute the chopped herbs and then put into boiled water former meatballs, give salt and pepper let it boil give the leek. Lift. (It would be nice to use bovine bones to make a sauce y, but I do not use bovine bones, because it is hard to find a halal cow's calf, so I use the existing material only)
Serve the meatballs with the complement. Prepare a bowl put rice noodles put some meatballs add celery leaves of green mustard flush with its sauce. Can also add boiled sambal, soy sauce and sauce. Yummy

Bahan-bahan
300 gram daging sapi

30 ml putih telur (sekitar 1 butir)
7 sdm tepung tapioka (65gram)
1 1/2 sdt garam halus
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdm bawang putih bubuk (bisa diganti 2 siung bawang putih yang d goreng dulu)
2500 ml air
Kuah bakso:
2000 ml Air rebusan bakso
7 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
secukupnya Garam dan merica
1 batang daun bawang iris halus
Pelengkap:
Secukupnya bihun (mie putih)
Secukupnya sambal rebus (cabe direbus, lalu di haluskan)
3 batang sawi hijau, rebus sebentar
Secukupnya saos sambal dan kecap manis
Langkah
Siapkan semua bahan. Potong daging kecil2. Hancurkan es batu dengan cara di pukul2 sampai halus.
Masukkan daging yang sudah di iris kecil2 ke dalam food processor lalu giling sampai halus, di sela2 menghaluskan tambahkan es batu sedikit demi sedikit sampai habis.
Jika sudh halus masukkan putih telur, proses sampai tercampur. Lalu masukkan tepung, proses sampai tercampur rata
Ini teksturnya mirip pasta
Ambil adonan dengan tangan bentuk kecil2 (cara bentuk lihat gambar ya)
Didihkan air, kecilkan api kompor. Lalu masukkan bakso (sekitar 4 buah saya bentuk besar ya, g semua bentuk kerikil kecil2).Jika bakso sudah naik ke permukaan, masak sekitar 8-10 menit. Matikan api. Angkat bakso
Taruh di air es
Buat kuah nya: tumis bumbu cincang lalu masukkan ke dalam air bekas rebus bakso, beri garam dan lada biarkan mendidih beri daun bawang. Angkat. (Akan lebih enak jika pakai tulang2 sapi untuk membuat kuah y, tapi saya tidak pakai tulang2 sapi, karena susah sekali cari tulung sapi yang halal, jadi saya menggunakan bahan yang ada saja)
Sajikan bakso dengan pelengkapnya. Siapkan mangkok beri bihun taruh beberapa buah bakso tambahkan daun seledri sawi hijau siram dengan kuah nya. Bisa juga di tambah sambal rebus, kecap dan saos. Yummy
