BOLU KARAMEL / SARANG SEMUT ๐ฐ๐๐
Recipe:
- 2 grains of chicken eggs (I say Bakingpan kcl uk. 22 cm)
- 250 gr Sugar
- 100 grams of tofu flour
- 100 gr tapioca flour / aci
- 80 grams of margarine (thawed)
- 1 1/2 cups of water (I use a blimbing glass)
- 2 white SKM sachets
- 1 vanilla sachet
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda (it doesn't pop out)
- 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
Carbut:
Cook the sugar until it melts, if you add 1 1/2 gls of cold water, cook until the sugar dissolves / does not mix, lift and cool
Beat the eggs. I use the garbu to bundle until it is frothy, then add the trigu flour, tapioca flour, vanilla, baking soda and baking powder, stir until blended.
Add cold milk and caramel sugar then stir until blended
Finally, add the melted butter, stir again until smooth and pour in baking pan
Bake about 45 minutes bund ๐
