Incest ေခၚေသြးရင္းစပ္ယွက္မႈအေပၚ စဥ္းစားၾကည့္ျခင္း
ဒီစဥ္းစားမႈက သားေမြးမႈကိစၥကို ဖယ္ထားျပီးမွ စဥ္းစားတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
Incest ကိုအရင္ အဓိပၸါယ္ဖြင့္မယ္ဆိုရင္ ေသြးရင္းခ်င္းစပ္ယွက္မႈလို႔ ဖြင့္တာဟာ မလံုေလာက္ဘူးလို႔ ျမင္ပါတယ္။
မိသားစုတစ္စုနဲ႔ နီးစပ္ရာဆက္စပ္မိသားစုဝင္အခ်င္းခ်င္း ကာမစပ္ယွက္ျခင္းဆိုတာ ပိုျပည့္စံုမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။
ဘာလို႔လည္းဆို မိသားစုဆိုရာမွာ ကေလးေတြက ေသြးရင္းမဟုတ္ပဲ ေမြးစားထားတာလည္း ျဖစ္ႏိုင္လို႔ပါ။
ဒီေတာ့ ေမြးတုန္းကကြဲသြားျပီး ၾကီးမွျပန္ေတြ႔တဲ့ ေသြးရင္းေတြဆိုရင္ေကာလို႔ ေမးစရာရွိပါတယ္။
သူတို႔ဟာေသြးသားေတာ္စပ္တာက လြဲျပီး မိသားစုဝင္လို႔ ေျပာလို႔ရမယ္မထင္ပါဘူး။
ဒီေတာ့သူတို႔ၾကားက လိင္ကိစၥအတြက္ ဘာေစာတကမွ တက္စရာအေၾကာင္းမရွိလို႔ ယူဆပါတယ္။

ဒီမွာ ျပႆနာအရွိႏိုင္ဆံုးက မိဘနဲ႔ သားသမီးၾကားပါ။ ဒီလိုအျဖစ္မ်ိဳးမွာ မိဘဘက္က လိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈက ဆက္ရက္ပါေနတတ္တာ သတိထားရပါမယ္။
ေနာက္ျပီးေတာ့ ေမာင္ႏွမၾကား၊ မိဘနဲ႔ေလာက္ မရွိႏိုင္ေပမဲ့ လိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈကေတာ့ ရွိႏိုင္ပါေသးတယ္။
ဒီေတာ့ မိသားစုဝင္အခ်င္းခ်င္းကာမစပ္ယွက္မႈကို လူမႈစံႏႈန္းအေနနဲ႔ ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ဥပေဒနဲ႔ ျဖစ္ေစ တားသင့္ပါသလား ဆက္စဥ္းစားၾကည့္ပါမယ္။
ဥပေဒအရေတာ့ မတားသင့္လို႔ယူဆပါတယ္။ ဥပေဒက လိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ အကာအကြယ္ကိုပဲ ဆက္ေပးသင့္ပါတယ္။
လူမႈစံႏႈန္းအရေတာ့ ေယဘုယအားျဖင့္ တားတာဟာ ကပ္ရက္ပါေနတဲ့ ဆိုးက်ိဳးေတြအတြက္ပါ အဟန္႔ျဖစ္ေစလို႔ တားတာကို မဆန္႔က်င္ခ်င္ပါဘူး။
ဒါေပမဲ့ ဒီလိုတားတဲ့ၾကားက ျဖစ္လာတဲ့ျဖစ္ရပ္ေတြကိုေတာ့ လိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာေတြ ရွိမရွိ ေသခ်ာၾကည့္ၾကည့္သင့္ပါတယ္။
မရွိဘူးဆိုရင္ လူမႈေရးဆိုင္ရာ ရံႈ႕ခ်မႈမ်ိဳးကို မလုပ္သင့္ပါဘူး။
ဥပေဒရဲ႕ လိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ ေဘာင္ဝင္ေနရင္ ကဲ့ရဲ႕ရံႈ႕ခ်စရာ အေၾကာင္းမရွိဘူးလို႔ ျမင္ပါတယ္။
ဥပေဒေဘာင္ဝင္တယ္ဆိုကတဲက ငယ္စဥ္မွာ လိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈနဲ႔ စိတ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ ထိခိုက္မႈေတြ မရွိေစခဲ့တယ္ဆိုတာ ထင္ရွားပါတယ္။
ဥပေဒအရ မတားသင့္တဲ့ အေၾကာင္းကလည္း ဒီအတြက္ပါပဲ။
လူအမ်ားအတြက္ေတာ့ လိင္စိတ္နဲ႔ မိသားစုဝင္အခ်င္းခ်င္းထားတဲ့ ေမတၱာစိတ္ဟာ ယွဥ္တြဲထားလို႔ မရလို႔ယူဆၾကမွာပါ။
ဒါေပမဲ့ လိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈကို သြယ္ဝိုက္ကာကြယ္ထားတဲ့ Incest ဥပေဒၾကီးက လိင္စိတ္နဲ႔ မိသားစု ေမတၱာ ယွဥ္တြဲထားႏိုင္တဲ့ သူေတြရွိေနခဲ့ရင္ သူတို႔ကို အသားလြတ္ၾကီး ဥပေဒေဖာက္ဖ်က္သူ ျဖစ္သြားေနေစမွာပါ။
ဒါဟာ အရြယ္ေရာက္ျပီးသူတစ္ေယာက္ရဲ႕ လိင္လြတ္လပ္မႈကိုလည္း ထိပါးရာေရာက္ေနပါတယ္။
ဒီေတာ့ လူမႈအရလိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ ျပႆနာေတြ ဆက္စပ္ေနႏိုင္တာေၾကာင့္ ဒါကိုအားေပးသလိုျဖစ္မွာစိုးတဲ့အတြက္ Incest ကိုေယဘုယအားျဖင့္ ဆန္႔က်င္ေစသင့္ျပီး ဥပေဒအရတားရင္ေတာ့ လူနည္းစုရဲ႕ လိင္လြတ္လပ္မႈကို သြားထိခိုက္ေစႏိုင္တဲ့အတြက္ ဥပေဒမွာ လိင္အျမတ္ထုတ္မႈကိုသာ အကာအကြယ္တိုင္ရိုက္ေပးသင့္ပါေၾကာင္း။
