Lowering stress

A study showed that the stress hormone will decrease drastically after a nap. In addition, a study ever conducted in Germany also found that when a group of pilots slept less than 7 hours a night, cortisol levels increased sharply enough and it can last up to 2 days. But after they nap though only briefly, the cortisol content was reduced in half.
