Sve namirnice koje sadrže kalcij treba biti pariti sa namirnice bogate vitaminom D, tako da naše tijelo zapravo apsorbira kalcij iz hrane.

Naranče imaju dovoljno vitamina D, resorpcija kalcija koji na odgovarajući način osigurati i pomoći do kosti.
