Food is best known for health benefits eyes was carrot,until now we know.But,not only carrots or vitamin a to care of your eyes .Other food ingredients nutrition with another also being beneficial to health eyes.
1.green vegetables
Green vegetables have the womb lutein and zeaxanthin.Lutein and zeaxanthin itself is carotenoid that found on the retina.Food containing both the nutrients it has of the nature of antioxidant that can minimize the risks of the development of degeneration macula and a cataract.
Antioxidant can protect the eyes of the damages are also caused by sunlight,cigarette smoke,and air pollution.
2.fish
Fish containing an omega-3 fatty acid also beneficial to health of the eye.An omega-3 fatty acid can help protect the eyes from drought,prevent degeneration macula,and also a cataract.In addition,evidence also shows that an omega-3 fatty acid having the nature of antiperadangan,that can reduce risk degeneration macula .Fatty acids in fact also found in the retina of the eye you.If levels of fatty acids low on the retina , it can be caused the eyes of the you become dry.Fish containing an omega-3 fatty acid is salmon,tuna,sardines,and makerel.
