Nila asem manis

Bahan-bahan

  • 2 ekor ikan Nila (disiang belah punggungnya)
  • air asem jawa (3 ruas jari asem jawa di rendam di semangkok air)
  • minyak goreng untuk menumis
  • minyak goreng untuk menggoreng ikan
  • garam
  • micin
  • gula merah
    -tepung maizena untuk pengental secukupnya

Bumbu iris:

-bawang merah 5 butir
-bawang putih 3 butir
-bawang bombay 1 buah
-cabe rawit 10 biji
-cabe merah besar 2 biji
-cabe hijau 2 biji
-tomat 2 biji

Cara membuat:

  1. Belah ikan nila dari punggungnya , buang isi perut dan ingsang. Beri jeruk nipis dan garam.
  2. Panaskan minyak lalu goreng ikan nila sampai matang. Tingkat kematangan sesuai selera yaa kalo mau yang kering bisa agak lama gorengnya tapi dengan api kecil aja biar gak gosong dan kering sampe kedalam. Lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
  3. Panaskan minyak untuk menumis. Masukan semua bahan irisan lalu tumis hingga harum dan layu.
    Sajikan dengan nasi hangat.
