" DADAR GULUNG ISI COKLAT "
Bahan dadar:
- 150 g tepung terigu
- garam secukupnya
- 1 butir telur
- 1 sdt vanilli
- 400 ml susu cair
- 1 sdm margarine, lelehkan
Bahan Isi:
- 175 ml susu cair
- 25 g gula pasir
- 1 sdm coklat bubuk
- 50 g dark cooking chochlate, potong kasar
- garam secukupnya
- 1 buah kuning telur
- 2 sdm tepung maezena
Cara Membuatnya:
Dadar:
1.) Campur bahan dadar , Aduk rata sampai kalis & tidak berkumpal.
2.) Buat dadar tipis diatas kuali Teflon. Dadar hingga bahan habis. sisihkan
Isi:
1.) Rebus susu cair, gula pasir, coklat bubuk & garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Tambahkan potongan dark cooking chocolate, aduk sampai coklat larut.
2.) Kentalkan dengan tepung maezena. nasal hingga mendidih, tambahkan kuning telur. aduk rata & angkat. dinginkan
3.) Ambil selembar kulit dadar, beri 1 sdm bahan isi, lipat & gulung. lakukan sampai bahan habis.
