Puding Lumut
Bahan :
2 bungkus agar2 plain
350 gr gula pasir
3 butir telur kocok lepas
1250 ml air
250 ml santan kental
200 ml jus pandan ( 20 lembar pandan di blender dengan air dan peras disaring )
1/2 sdt vanili
Garam sedikit
Cara membuat :
Kocok telur dengan garpu, kemudian masukkan semua bahan dan telur kocok, ke dalam panci, aduk rata
Masak dengan api sedang, aduk terus, setelah mendidih kecilkan api biarkan mendidih sebentar, karena akan terbentuk lumut dengan sendirinya
Matikan api, kemudian tuang ke cetakan biarkan dingin, masukkan ke kulkas dan siap dinikmati.
