SHT does not need to serve 6 months in prison provided that for the next 1 year does not commit any criminal at all.

Upon this verdict, the prosecutor then appealed. But the High Court (PT) Bandung is unmoved.

"Strengthen the decision of PN Bekasi dated January 22, 2014," said PT Bandung as reported by the Supreme Court website (MA), Monday (5/19/2014). Sitting as an appellate council is Djernih Sitanggang with members Sukarman Sitepu and Hj Sanwari.
