How to make carrot Burfi??
Those who love sweet food, they have a favorite carrot berries. Carrots contain Vitamin 'A' which is beneficial for our eyes. If you have problems with sugar, you can use diabetes sugar or calories free. Recipe Recipe-
Ingredients: 2 cups of grated carrots, coconut milk 1 can (sweets as per their own preferences), crushed milk 1/2 cup, liquid milk 2 cups, cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon. Spoon, ghee 1 te Spoon
Procedure: First, take 1 tablespoon of pan in the pan and let the carrot take 7/8 minutes. Then cook 2 cups of liquid milk for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the milk becomes soft, then after cooking the condensed milk, jaggery milk, and cardamom powder, mix well and cook for about 8-10 minutes. When the halua is dry and thick and glue, make a little cold and make a little bit of ghee by mixing it with butter. Serve as a custom plates.
