Puding lumut gula merah
Bahan-bahan
1 bungkus agar agar plain
130 gram gula merah
secukupnyah gula pasir atau sesuai anda
1 telor
500 cc air
200 cc santan
sedikit vanili 2 helai daun pandan
Cara :
Rendam gula merah dan air panas sisihkan sampai larut dan saring
Kocok telor aduk rata lalu campur semua bahan aduk rata lagi
Masak dgn api kecil dan sampai mendidih setelah mendidih diamkan beberapa saat dan matikan kompor lalu tuang ke adonan dan dinginkan.
