Cumi Lempah Kuning
Bahan:
500gram cumi
2bh timun(pilih yg muda)
Air asam jawa secukupnya
Sejempol lengkuas muda geprek
5lembar daun salam
Cabe rawit
Garam,penyedap jamur,gula secukupnya
800ml air
Bumbu halus:
5bh cabe keriting
10bh cabe rawit(suka"aja)
Sejempol kunyit(bakar dl)
7bh bwng merah
2siung bwng pth
1sndk teh terasi
Cara memasak:
Bersihkan cumi,potong",timun potong" sisihkan
Didihkan air,masukan bumbu halus,lengkuas geprek,daun salam dan air asam.masak smp bau langu bumbu hilang baru masukan cumi dan timun tambahkn garam,penyedap jamur dan sdikit gula plus cabe rawit aduk" masak smp cumi matang,
"Test rasa lalu angkat siap disajikan panas"
