Formal education is not everything

For some people education is very, very important and even determine the fate of one's life. But the rich know education is not the only way to get rich. They are highly skilled in costly special skills or far more important sciences such as leadership, confidence, public speaking, sales, marketing, and creativity. The bottom line is that they invest in themselves, and do not depend entirely on formal education / degrees.

The rich think their own abilities are assets (including their passion). They tend to be self-taught (want to learn / find their own) and do not wait for an opportunity to come (they chase after it). For many people the passion is not worth fighting for if it does not produce (money) but the rich always look for ways their passion can be rewarded / paid for, because this too they can work hard to the point where others are not willing to do it.
