Experience of Community Empowerment Training

Hello stmemean, this time I will share my experience about COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT DIPLECTORS.

I just joined a Tryning or often referred to as training held by BP2IP (BALAI PENDIDIKAN dan PELAYARAN MALAHAYATI) Or Education center and MALAHAYATI DELIVERY, and facilitated by the Port Authority and Port Authority of Lhoksemawe City, Aceh Province, Indonesia held in PT PERTA ARUN GAS Hall and Field Lhoksemawe. The Tryning Type Is:

• Basic Safaty Training (BST)
• Advance Fire Fighting (AFF)
• Security Awareness Training (SAT)

This training is provided free of charge by the MINISTRY OF CONNECTION through the RELATIONSHIP AGENCY OF HR (Human Resources) RELATIONS without being charged a penny from the participants.

Then on Monday I immediately followed the opening of the event at the Hall of Limited Liability Company. PERTA Arun.

After the opening was completed Diklat immediately began to be played by a Captain named Captain Sumartono. He always shows events and encourages participants at each break or change of speaker. by inviting participants to do simple yells, clapping and also motivating things that are so humorous.
He is very Professional in the field of Submission or speaker Both material, motivation and field practice, until now Captain Sumartono became a figure who was so loved by Hundreds of participants in training.

The first material was delivered by Captain Nurboity, She was the only female captain from Aceh Province who had been very experienced in shipping, She had been running since 2004. Until now, She has also worked in 16 shipping companies, both foreign companies and Indonesian companies. and already driving Tens of types of Ships both cruise ships, passenger ships.

was delivered by Captain Sumartono, about how to use emergency equipment on ships such as how to wear life jackets if the ship would sink, how to jump into the water, how to distance themselves from sinking ship's attraction, how to give code fire on the ship, how to use fire extinguishers, how to wear heat-resistant clothes and so on.
