Sambal Goreng Ayam
Bahan:
1/4 kg ayam sudah diungkep
Bumbu uleg /halus :
3 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
5 cabai merah besar
3 cabai hijau besar
2 cabai rawit
1 buah tomat
Bumbu lain :
Garam secukupnya
Gula jawa secukupnya
1 batang sereh geprek
Cara memasak :
- Goreng ayam yang sudah diungkep
- Panaskan sedikit minyak untuk menumis
- Masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan
- Masukkan sereh, garam, dan gula
- Tumis bumbu hingga harum kira kira 2-3 menit
- Masukkan potongan ayam yang sudah digoreng
- Tambahkan sedikit saja air biar bumbu makin meresap
- Tumis hingga matang
