This is from a breakfast at Bandra’s Salt Water Cafe from a few weekends back.
It had been a while since I had such a perfectly poached egg in Mumbai. Most poached eggs that I had come across off late till that morning, including here, would have their yolks overdone. Everything fell into place that day.
