Pudding Nutrisari alpukat
Bahan I:
1,5buah alpukat blender
300ml air mineral
100ml susu susu krimer
15ml santan instan
10gram bubuk agar plain
2,5gram bubuk jelly.
Bahan II:
Rebus semua bahan kecuali alpukat, setelah mendidih, matikan api, hilangkan uap panas, masukkan jus alpukat, aduk rata, tuang ke cetakan.
Pudding Nutrisari :
500ml air mineral
15gram bubuk agar plain
5gram bubuk jelly
1sachet nutrisari.
Rebus semua bahan, hilangkan uap panas.
# Penyelesaian : >1. Keluarkan pudding alpukat dari cetakan, lalu tuang pudding nutrisari , biarkan hangat dan tidak lengket 2. Taruh pudding alpukat, lalu siram pudding nutrisari.
