Es Teler
Bahan-bahan :
1 bungkus kelapa muda serut beku 300 gram
1 cup es batu
1 buah melon, kerok atau bentuk bulat.
1 buah nangka, iris tipis tipis
1 buah alpukat, kerok dengan sendok
1 bungkus agar-agar merah, masak sesuai petunjuk dikemasan setelah jadi potong kotak kecil-kecil.
Susu kental manis, secukupnya. 200 ml air kelapa muda Sirup dan es cream
Cara Membuat :
- Tata potongan buah dan juga agar-agar atau jeli secukupnya dalam gelas atau mangkuk es.
- Tambahkan es batu kemudian tuang air kelapa muda, secukupnya.
- Masukan susu kental manis diatasnya.
- Bisa juga menambahkan sirup atau es cream di atasnya.
- Santap selagi dingin.
