Aceh Successfully Holds FLS2N

Banda Aceh - Aceh Province successfully held National Student Art Festival and Contest in 2018. Activities followed by representatives of high school and vocational high school students throughout Indonesia which began on 26 August, were officially closed on Friday 8/31/2018 night.

In addition to the National Student Art Festival and Competition (FLS2N), other national level student competitions under the Ministry of Education and Culture are still many. Among others are the Student Competence Competition (LKS) and the National Student Olympiad (OSN).

"All of that is a prestigious event in the world of education. Aceh is ready to (return) to host the coming year," said M. Jakfar, Assistant General Administration of the Aceh Regional Secretary, at the closing of FLS2N at the Harapan Bangsa Lhong Raya Stadium Yard, Banda Aceh.

Reflecting on the successful implementation of FLS2N, the Government of Aceh, said Jakfar, hoped that by 2019 it could be entrusted as the host for organizing national level O2SN activities.

In addition to competing in competitions, as long as in Aceh, students are invited to safari, knowing the iconic culture, history, culinary and places in Aceh. Among the locations they visited were Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, Aceh Museum, Tsunami Museum, Apung PLTD and Lampuuk beach.

All of these destinations are part of the leading destinations in Aceh. Many other locations that are suitable as a tourist location, whether for religious tourism, natural tourism, culture and culinary.

"Inform the beauty of this rencong land. Invite family, relatives and friends to travel to the western tip of Indonesia," said Jakfar.
