It's a combination of not having the right type of food available, because she is vegan with a health condition called Gastroparesis. Her stomach doesn't digest well certain foods and she gets very bloated. Also, being under lots of stress, because of her mother's condition.
Howdy again Miss Lena! Oh, I feel so bad for her. There is a lack of the type of food she needs there? What will it take to make this better? This sounds really hard.
