Have you ever heard that we can train a new habit by doing it consistently for 21 one day in a row?
Well, if after 21 one day people who want to thin can continue to maintain their diet and people who smoke can stop smoking in 21 days?
There is also one training that teaches us to write our affirmations of 21 A4 pages full of handwritten course and must be done for 21 days in a row. I am also one of the people who did this once.
I write what I want to happen in my life. I write down 3 things in each page and repeated until the page is full and for 21 days of its terms. but I can not stand because of the many other activities and also very tiring. imagine how much time should we spend just to do this activity?
Finally the results that I can also not how. not as promised by the man who taught me this technique in an inner-learning meeting that we once formed.
But there is also my partner in our study group that is an association of Muslim Entrepreneurs who have accomplished what he wrote as 21 pages for 21 days. and indeed he has been running this process very consistently, I myself am very salute with his very consistent attitude.
