Cocoon
Dear Friend Steemian...!!!
Cocoon OR pupa (Latin pupa, 'puppet') is a prayer One stadium of insect life Who undergoes metamorphosis. This phase is found only in insects that report complete metamorphosis, which fills four stages; embryo, larva, pupa, and adult. At this stage the adult body structure begins to form and the larval body structure disappears. Cocoon is generally inactive and can not move (sesil).
***Qualitative pods are encased in protective layers like cocoon (eg silkworm cocoons), nests (eg bees), or shells [1] and often use camouflage to outwit predators.
The pupae of different types of insects have names that can vary, for example called "christmas" for Lepidoptera.
Great trivia! Green pupa in a green leaf.
