Saute Pare Healthy Simple
Main ingredients
1 medium pare
3 glasses of water
3 cloves of garlic
salt to taste
sugar to taste
oil 2-3 tbsp for sauteing
How to Make Saute Pare:
Wash clean pare, split, remove the contents, then sliced iris.
Boil the pare with boiling water for less than a minute, then drain it until it is completely dry.
Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant and start yellowing. Add pare, sugar and salt. Stir briefly. Cook over medium heat, remove and serve.
