Bandung Entrepreneur Create Digital Money Similar to Bitcoin
Local businessman from Bandung, Mardigu Wowiek Prasantyo, plans to create digital money or cryptocurrency like Bitcoin named Cyronium. Cyronium will be used as one of the options based on digital investment.
Through this product, Mardigu wants to mobilize small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs). Mardigu said, many Indonesian people are hesitant to invest in cryptocurrency.
"The most reason is because it is thought to be manipulation of money and there is no guarantee.That is what prompted me and the team to create Cyronium through PT Santara Daya Inspiratama,"
Therefore, Mardigu and his team combine blockchain and precious metal technology so that people can have physical security when investing in this digital currency.
He further explained that Cyronium is a digital currency that has a coin asset in physical form. From this physical coin assurance is projected Cyronium will become a more stable investment assets, guaranteed, and protect the capital invested by investors.
"This will prevent the price of Cyronium from going down drastically like any other cryptocurrency," he said.
With this Cyronium product, Mardigu wants to mobilize 10,000 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the form of interest-free loans.
"Cyronium will develop into a platform for small and medium entrepreneurs to crowdfund and raise capital to grow their businesses," he said.
He hopes, Cyronium will empower business actors. The company will help them to capitalize, educate, and encourage them to keep getting better, especially in terms of increasing corporate earnings (omzet).
It is also in charge of registration of its digital currency products to the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti).
The reason, the institution has established cryptocurrency as a commodity that can be traded in futures trading exchanges.
