BATAM - Bank Indonesia (BI) elected Governor Perry Warjiyo said the central bank and the government will continue to work together to boost the economic sector in the region to boost the national economy. One of them is Batam, which is a special area for increasing export in Indonesia.

To improve the economy of Batam, Perry examines the issue of export and setting Minimum Wage City aka UMK.
