Tumis Kacang Bakso Ayam
Bahan :
1/2 ikat Kacang panjang
4 butir bakso
1 potong dada ayam ukuran kecil
Bumbu iris :
2 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai merah
Bumbu lain :
Garam secukupnya
Gula jawa secukupnya
Saus tiram secukupnya
Cara memasak :
- Potong kacang panjang berukuran kecil
- Potong bakso dan daging ayam kecil kecil
- Panaskan sesikit minyak
- Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum
- Masukkan irisan cabai, gula jawa, dan garam, tumis sebentar
- Masukkan irisan bakso dan ayam, tumis
- Masukkan kacang panjang dan beri air secukupnya agar lebih meresap
- Tambahkan sedikit saus tiram
- Tumis hingga matang
