Balado tahu cumi asin
Bahan:
. 200 gr cumi asin
. Tahu cina potong dadu
. 5 siung bawang merah
. 2 siung baput
. Segenggam cabe merah keriting
. Segenggam cabe rawit merah
. 1 tomat sedang
. Gula garam secukupnya
. 1 sdt kaldu jamur
Caranya :
Cuci bersih cumi lalu rebus sebentar, goreng tahu hingga berkulit, ulek cabe bawang tomat hingga halus lalu tumis dengan minyak koreksi rasa tambahkan gula garam dan kaldu, masukan cumi dan tahu aduk rata, jika dirasa sudah pas boleh diangkat,
Pake pete lebih enak sayangnya keabisan di abang sayur.
