It is very beautiful if it is often associated with flowers, flowers are a creation of God which is very full of human relations.
A little about my experience teaching, hopefully it can be our shared experience, and don't forget we share information about teaching procedures.
Teacher activity is an activity carried out by the teacher during the learning process. In the learning process, the teacher has the duty to provide (cognitive) knowledge, attitudes and values, and skills (psychomotor) to students. The teacher has the responsibility to see everything that happens in the classroom to help the development process of students. Submission of the subject matter is only one of the various activities of the teacher in learning as a dynamic process in all phases and development of students.
In general, the factors that influence activity in a person or student consist of two parts, including internal factors and external factors. For more details about the two factors as follows:
a. Physical (Physiological) Aspects People who learn need physical health. Healthy physical will affect all body tissues so learning activities are not low. Physical / body ache causes rapid weakness, lack of enthusiasm, dizziness and so on. Therefore, so that someone can learn well, he must work for his health.
b. Aspects of Psychology (Psychology) there are at least eight psychological factors that influence a person to do learning activities.
External factors are all the factors that exist in the student's self that give effect to the learning activities achieved by students. External factors that influence student learning activities include:
The teacher is the spearhead in the learning process that greatly influences the success of student learning activities because the teacher is dealing directly with students. Some of the things that affect the success of student learning activities that exist in the teacher include: teacher ability, teacher professionalism, teacher education background, and teaching experience.
Learning facilities The successful implementation of student activity oriented learning is also influenced by the availability of learning facilities.
