This was conveyed by experts
the constitutional law which is also the Chairman
Assembly Syuro Party Star Month
(UN), Yusril Izha Mahendra, at
Surabaya, a few moments ago.

If the Constitutional Court grants a material test
which he proposed, Yusril said,

while improving
public participation in the election.

judicial review of Law Number 42
Year 2008 on Presidential Election
and Vice President. The substance of the Act,
about the registration of the candidate pair-
vice president and the implementation of Presidential Election,
contrary to the constitution.
Based on Article 22E of the Constitution
1945, Pileg and presidential election should be
held simultaneously or only once
in five years. The article reads
Elections are held directly,
public, free, confidential, honest and fair
