Ant & Karakteristik
Hi steemians, ho are you tonight
In a book entitled "Ant & Characteristics" there is a long explanation that ants can build hills as wide as 30 cm and 60 cm, or dig a labyrinth tunnel to a depth of 1.5 m underground. Sometimes in certain areas, fire ants build more than 350 small hills. The ability of small creatures such as building large nests is certainly dependent on group togetherness and group craft ordered by their queen.
Insect researchers say that worker ants just entering adulthood spend theArthropoda opodaa days caring for their queens and young ants. Then after digging and making nests then find food and maintain their own nests. These ants have a very high self-sacrifice and therefore they always invite their friends to every food source found and they share food between them. Ants can reach the target by following the path to food by relying on sensors in their head antennas, even though there are no more ants that invite to signal others.
Further explained that ants have an important role in their neatly arranged groups, such as social insects, fire ants live in colonies consisting of many individuals, from hundreds to thousands. In general this colony consists of groups of workers, pre-adults (larvae and pupae), queens and men. The duties and functions of each individual are determined by the caste system which generally consists of reproductive individuals (queens) and non-reproduction (workers), so that without having to be managed instinctively the ants already know the tasks that are carried by each individual in build civilization in their kingdom.
