Materials And Spices Required
Main ingredients
2 bundle - young genjer then cut into pieces
250 grams - diced tempeh
1 piece - tomatoes cut into pieces
1 stalks are cut into pieces
2 pieces - large red chili sliced roughly
1 tablespoon - sugar
1 teaspoon - powdered / seasoned broth
2 tablespoons - sweet soy sauce
50 ml - water
200 grams - oil for sauteing and frying
Spice finely ground:
4 grains - onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tablespoon - salt
1 tablespoon - brown sugar that has been shriveled
6 pieces - red pepper
2 cm - shrimp paste
3 cm - kencur
How To Make Spicy Genjer Sauté
Preheat a pan previously filled with oil, after heat and then fry the tempeh half-baked, remove and set aside.
Heat a little oil, saute the spices finely powdered and stir until fragrant. Enter the tomatoes, leeks and large red chili while stirring. Pour water and enter the genjer and tempe was little by little, stir again until the spice mixed well.
Finally enter the sugar, powder / broth and sweet soy sauce. Stir until the spices soak and cook until cooked. Lift and ready to serve with warm rice
