Cherry Tuile
Although the pastry is not quite popular in Indonesia, but no harm in trying our recipe this time, Recipe Cherry Tuile. From the name, the Tuile is made from Cherry sour and legit. To make your own at home is easy kok, the ingredients were easily obtainable. Direct a try, yes!
½ Cup cherry acidic dry
150 grams of brown sugar
100 cc of warm water
110 grams of unsalted butter
170 grams corn syrup
¼ Tsp salt
100 grams of wheat flour
- Put a cherry in a bowl, add warm water, soak for 20 minutes. Drain, chop small and set aside
- Use a medium sized saucepan, put sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt. Heat over low medium for 5 minutes. Enter the flour and stir well. Add the pieces of cherry.
- Move to another bowl, cover with plastic adhesion and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC, line a baking sheet with paper bake and set aside.
- Take the dough from the fridge, shape the dough into small balls, place on a baking sheet and give the distance. Press the dough evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake until browned for 9 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Use a spatula to lift the cake from the pan, use the handle of a wooden spoon to roll the cake forming tube. Repeat with the other cake.

Meski kue kering ini belum cukup populer di Indonesia, tapi tidak ada salahnya mencoba resep kami kali ini, Resep Cherry Tuile. Dari namanya, Tuile ini berbahan dasar Cherry yang asam dan legit. Untuk membuat sendiri di rumah mudah kok, bahan-bahannya pun mudah didapat. Langsung dicoba, ya!
½ cangkir cherry asam kering
150 gram brown sugar
100 cc air hangat
110 gram mentega tawar
170 gram sirup jagung
¼ sdt garam
100 gram tepung terigu
Letakkan cherry di dalam mangkok, tambahkan air hangat, rendam selama 20 menit. Tiriskan, cincang kecil-kecil dan sisihkan
Gunakan panci berukuran sedang, masukkan gula, mentega, sirup jagung, dan garam. Panaskan dengan api berukuran sedang selama 5 menit. Masukkan tepung dan aduk rata. Tambahkan potongan cherry.
Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk lain, tutup dengan plastik rekat dan dinginkan dalam lemari es selama 1 jam.
Panaskan oven hingga 180ºC, alasi loyang dengan kertas panggang dan sisihkan.
Ambil adonan dari lemari es, bentuk adonan menjadi bola-bola kecil, letakkan di atas loyang dan beri jarak. Tekan adonan hingga rata di atas loyang.
Panggang hingga kecoklatan selama 9 menit. Angkat dan sisihkan hingga dingin. Gunakan spatula untuk mengangkat kue dari loyang, gunakan gagang sendok kayu untuk menggulung kue membentuk tabung. Ulangi dengan kue lainnya.
