5 pieces of yam (medium size, peel and then wash and cut according to taste)
200 grams of wheat flour
4 tablespoons rice flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

How to make
Mix wheat flour, rice flour, vanilla powder, salt and sugar in a container. Mix well and add a little bit of water.
Stir until all the ingredients are well blended and quite thick.
Next, add the baking powder and stir again until blended.
Heat the oil and then dip the sweet potato into the flour dough that has thickened. Back and forth for the sweet potato wrapped in flour.
Immediately fry with medium heat. Fry until the color of yam becomes brownish gold.
Remove the sweet potato, drain and serve.
