Song I wrote about low self esteem after being invited over to a woman I once knew. This woman was gorgeous in every way, her intelligence, her beauty, her sense of humour and I kept asking myself why me? I felt fat that day too, do you ever have fat days? That particular day I had the bloat after eating a Bakery the day before, I was actually ten stone but felt like a whale.

Dysmorphia was running hot! As I looked at my reflection in the car windows on my way, I resembled a village idiot or Billy Bunter, at it's worse I'm sure I got a glimpse of Thora Hird . I wasn't doing well by the time I got to her front door and there she was very sophisticated, very prettily dressed and mega confident. I crumbled, crashed and burned, should never had gone but I got a song out of the incident.
