COAT OF RAINBOW CASSAVA

Ingredients
~ 1 kg of shredded cassava
~ 150 gr sugar
~ 300 gr coconut milk
~ 1 pack of plain / white agar
~ 1 tsp salt
~ 1 tsp vanilli
~ Food coloring
~ 3 pieces of pandan leaf tied knot
~ Grated young coconut to sprinkle

Step

1. Grate cassava and squeeze the water out and then set aside.

2. Mix coconut milk,sugar,salt,gelatin,vanilli and mix well.Pour into cassava and mix well then divided into 3 parts.

3. Give each piece of food coloring and stir and then pour the first cassava dough into a 20cm uk baking pan that has been smeared with fried oil / coated with cassava leaves and steamed kurleb 10-15 minutes until the last dough steamed curleb 20 minutes.
