APOKAT
Apokat (KBBI: Avokad), avocado, or Persea americana are fruit-producing plants of the same name.This plant originated in Mexico and Central America and is now widely cultivated in South America and Central America as a monoculture plantation and as a garden plant in other tropical regions of the world.
Trees, with stems reaching height 20 m with leaves 12 to 25 cm long.The flowers are hidden in yellowish green and 5 to 10 millimeters in size.The size varies from 7 to 20 centimeters, with a mass of 100 to 1000 grams; large seeds, 5 to 6.4 centimeters.
The fruit is of a buni type,has a soft, uneven skin that is dark green to purple brownish,depending on the variety.The apocal fruit flesh is light green near the skin and light yellow near the seed,with a soft texture.
