Markisa leci
Bahan:
4 buah markisa, ambil isinya, diremas-remas dengan sendok agar sarinya keluar
1 kaleng leci (berat sekitar 600 gr)
4 sdm daun mint, cincang halus
2 jeruk nipis ukuran sedang, ambil airnya
8-10 sdm madu
600 cc soda tawar
Es batu secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Susun leci kalengan dan airnya di dasar gelas, taruh es batu di atasnya, dan atas sendiri buah markisa
- Ke dalam pengocok minuman, masukkan air soda, madu, air jeruk nipis, dan daun mint cincang. Kocok beberapa saat,dan saring. Tuang larutan tersebut ke gelas. Minuman siap disajikan
