Singkong thailand legit
Bahan-bahan
1/2 kg singkong
1/4 sdm garam
Saus
1 bungkus santan kara
1 bungkus susu kental manis putih
1/4 sdm garam
4 sdm gula pasir
daun pandan 2 helai (ikatkan)
600 ml air
tepung maizena 3 sdm (campur dengan air sedikit)
secukupnya keju parut
Langkah : 30 menit
Kupas kulit singkong lalu potong"kira" 5 cm lalu rebus masukan garam tunggu sampai empuk
Buat saus nya di panci terpisah, campurkan semua bahan kecuali tepung maizena rebus semua bahan dengan api kecil (terus diaduk" supaya santan tidak pecah)
Bila sudah mau mendidih, campur tepung maizena yang sudah di campur dengan air. terus di aduk" sampai benar'' mendidih
Taruh singkong di piring lalu tambahkan saus dan parutan keju
