200cc air
Coklat ungu secukupnya (cairkan)
1sdm gula (sesuai selera)
Masak agar2 ungu sampai mendidih, angkat dinginkan
cetak dgn cetakan kuker sesuai selera.susun didasar cetakan.

400cc air
100gr gulpas
Selasih secukupnya (rendam air panas)
masak agar2 sampai mendidih.angkat, saring agar2. masukkan selasih.
Tuang di agar coklat ungu.
