Kacang panjang tumis udang
Bahan :
1 ikat kacang panjang iris serong
200gr udang,buang kepalanya dan cuci bersih
1 buah cabe merah besar iris tipis
5 siung bawang merah iris tipis
5 siung bawang putih iris tipis
1 buah tomat iris2
1/4 sdt lada bubuk
1 sdt saos tiram
garam,kaldu,secukupnya
minyak goreng secukupnya
Caranya :
1.panaskan minyak tumis bawang merah,putih,dan cabe merah hingga layu masukkan udang,masak hingga berubah warna.
2.tambahkan lada bubuk,saos tiram aduk rata
3.masukkan kacang panjang,dan tomat tambahkan garam,kaldu dan masak hingga sayur layu koreksi rasanya,angkat dan sajikan.
